Omolayo Oyawoye is the CEO of Lighthearts Consulting and The Cradle Schools, with a background in English Language from the University of Ilorin and certifications in psychological counselling, child development, trauma coaching, and special education. She is an Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician and a professional counsellor specializing in trauma and sexual abuse recovery.
Driven by a passion for the emotional well-being of women and children, she founded a Montessori school and has authored several impactful books on sexuality education and adolescent development, widely distributed across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her books include:
